While the big players in the economy get sustained attention, the vulnerable folks, often children, aren’t given quite the same care" says Howard Linsoff via a publication by West Raven.
There is a history to homelessness. I think Mr.Linsoff explains some of the more policy-based reasons for it that are worth considering. Take a look.
